Losing your card can be scary. When the unexpected happens, United Equity is here to help.
If your UECU VISA Credit Card is lost or stolen, please call 24 Hour Customer Service at 800-322-8472.
If your UECU VISA Debit Card is lost or stolen, please call: (217) 875-1845.
- After Hours, call: (888) 263-3370
- Mobile App: Log into the UECU Mobile App or home banking to find the Freeze/unfreeze Debit Card button at the top of the checking account that your debit card is linked to. Freeze until your card is located and unfreeze once you find it.
