Foreign Currency
Purchase foreign currency for your next adventure easily through UECU.
- Most currencies to frequently traveled locations will arrive in 2-3 business days.
- Pay the rate shown when purchasing plus the $14.50 postage fee. You select the account you want to pay from.
- Pick up at a UECU office or have delivered to your home.
- There is a 5 Business Day Buy Back Guarantee. If you return the currency within 5 business days of purchase, we will buy it back at the same rate as purchased.

ACH Origination
To set up automatic debits or credits from an account at another institution to your UECU account:
- Contact our office for details
- There is a nominal fee for this service
- Complete this form
- Either fax it to us at 217-875-1845 or drop off at our office
Money Orders
Money orders are the same as cash and must be purchased in person due to the purchaser having to sign. This form of payment is used to assure the receiving party that funds are available.
- Not valid over $1000.00
- There is a nominal fee for a money order request
