Losing your card can be scary. When the unexpected happens, United Equity is here to help.
If your debit card is lost or stolen, please call: (217) 875-1845. If your UECU VISA credit card is lost or stolen, please call 24 Hour Customer Service at 800-322-8472
- After Hours, call: (888) 263-3370
- Mobile App: Log into the UECU Mobile App or home banking to find the Freeze/unfreeze Card button at the top of the checking account that your debit card is linked to. Freeze until your card is located and unfreeze once you find it.
