Loan Application Options

UECU’s Loan Applications that are available as an online secure document or by downloading which can only be used for conventional loans.

If you wish to apply for a Home Equity Loan, a Home Equity Line of Credit Loan, or one of our VISA Credit Cards, you must Contact The Utility Employees Credit Union office in Decatur or Galesburg, Illinois to have the appropriate application and disclosure mailed to you. Please click "SECURE ONLINE APPLICATION" to start your online loan application or click "PRINTABLE APPLICATION" to get the instructions for downloading a PDF loan application form that you will print, fill in, sign and forward by mail or fax to the credit union location of your choice.

Now you are ready to download our loan application, click "PRINTABLE APPLICATION" above.

Once you complete the loan application, you must fax it or mail it to YOUR credit union office in Decatur or Galesburg, IL.

IF YOU FAX THE LOAN APPLICATION, YOU MUST FORWARD THE ORIGINAL LOAN APPLICATION TO THE CREDIT UNION OFFICE.

The loan application may be reproduced as needed.  So for you Sub-Treasurers out there, feel free to make multiple copies to have on hand for members in your area.
